As a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist I work with people who are looking to unwind, relax and destress from our busy life styles.  The complementary therapies I offer are a conduit to assist both the body and mind to reach a state of deep relaxation, also known as the Theta State, where brain wave activity is calmed, allowing the body to optimize its intelligent natural state of regeneration. 

My passion is in health and wellness.  I embrace a balanced life style and work from a holistic mind set, I promote a wholesome nutritional diet, sufficient rest and exercise, good sleep, prayer and meditation. I approach each client as an individual and assess their needs in regards to the treatments I provide.

I am situated in the Vale of Pewsey and have an allocated treatment room situated within my home.

I am an insured member of BABTAC for all treatments provided.
